In January 2025, Joan Sarad joined A Better Contractor LLC as an administrative assistant, eager to leverage her expertise to support the team and contribute to the company’s success.

Her career began 2013 in the call center industry, where she developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Over the years, she transitioned to the role of HR Assistant and Onboarding Specialist, where she effectively managed the entire hiring process for employees. Confident in her abilities, she is ready to apply her administrative knowledge to support the team at A Better Contractor LLC.

Outside work, she cherishes spending quality time with her two sons, whether playing mobile games together or enjoying dining out on Saturdays. A devoted dog lover, she delights in daily walks with her four furry companions. Sundays are especially meaningful to her, as she dedicates the day to serving her ministry and living out her Faith.
