Donna Dela Cruz became part of A Better Contractor as an Admin Assistant in March 2023. Since joining the team, she has played a pivotal role in spearheading a calling campaign aimed at boosting sales. Presently, Donna is actively involved in supporting the company’s Shell Build Out Projects. She is excited about learning new things in the company and is always ready to take on new challenges.

Prior to joining ABC, Donna accumulated 7 years of experience in the call center industry, where she served as a Fraud Specialist. During her tenure, she fulfilled various roles within the company, including Customer Service, Transaction Fraud (Credit and Debit), Check Fraud, and Contingent Operations Assistant. Additionally, Donna spent 6 months as a Collections Agent before transitioning to the Real Estate Industry as a Virtual Assistant. There, she worked as a Leads Manager for 2 years.

Donna is married to her high school sweetheart and has been together since 2010 and are blessed with one beautiful daughter whom they adore the most. Outside of work, Donna values her roles as a wife and mother and spends quality time with her family during her days off. She possesses a youthful spirit and enjoys watching Anime, American Movies/Series, and True Crime Stories
