Since joining A Better Contractor LLC in June 2020, Kay has excelled as an Administrative Assistant. She oversees transactions from bidding to closing, consistently meets daily objectives, and contributes to the company’s overall success. With over 11 years of hands-on training, Kay brings a wealth of professional experience to her main role as an Accounting/Billing Assistant since January 2022.

Prior to Joining ABC, as an Operations Associate and Junior Team Leader/Workforce Specialist, Kay successfully spearheaded projects, provided support to over 300 team members, and ensured their needs were met without compromising quality or accuracy. She effectively manages email correspondence, handles accounts receivables and payables, and supports mid and senior-level managers through bookkeeping and clerical duties.

On a personal note, Kay’s reliance on a cup of black coffee is a testament to her productivity. She even brought her coffee machine on a family trip, as it’s one of her indispensable items. During her leisure time, she enjoys playing fetch and hide-and-seek with her dog, Rocky, or engaging in extended gaming sessions with her nieces on Switch. Additionally, she cherishes Sunday lunches with her family.
